Introduction

Kevin is a dental student pursuing his education at University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Impacted by a medical mission trip to Ecuador when he was thirteen, Kevin developed a passion for serving the marginalized and underprivileged and hopes to make the world a better place through service and volunteerism.

My Vision

I was once told that dental offices are called practices because as health professionals, though we work for decades, we are always practicing and honing our craft. Similarly, my vision of dentistry will take a lifetime of practicing to truly take form. I call it “relational and service-oriented dentistry” and it is rooted in the belief that beyond providing quality dental care, forging relationships with patients and serving the community are also critical elements of dentistry.
